Job description

Singapore Ballet Limited is a non-profit arts company. The Company performs between 6 to 8 seasons in a year, including theatre productions and outdoor shows, as well as regular outreach and education programmes to schools and community groups.

The Company seeks an experienced Finance and Administration Executive (Full/Part-Time), with responsibilities in the following areas:

Financial duties:

• Perform the general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash and fixed asset management
• Process payment for invoices and staff claims in a timely manner
• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in the annual external audit

Administration duties:

• Provide back-up support for the HR & Administration when required
• Assist in renewal of dancers’ work passes if required
