Job description

Location: Kaki Bukit
Salary: Up to $8,000/month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
  • Manage administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Lead and manage HR activities, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
  • Work closely with the management team to support strategic planning and business growth.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct and uphold corporate governance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, statutory compliance, and HR practices.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • High level of integrity, initiative, and ability to work independently.
