Job summary

A prominent language education center in Singapore is looking for a part-time finance assistant to handle various accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have some experience in finance or accounting, along with knowledge of Xero or Quickbooks. Strong numerical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. This role offers the possibility of working from home for 20 hours each week.

Qualifications

  • 1st experience in finance, accounting or admin.
  • Knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Experience with Xero or Quickbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Recording of payables and receivables.
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts.
  • Follow-up of payments received and ageing invoices.
  • Monthly preparation of payroll.
  • Monthly timesheets collection and control.
  • Various administrative tasks.

Role and responsibilities

  • Recording of payables and receivables
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Follow-up of payments received and ageing invoices
  • Monthly preparation of payroll
  • Monthly timesheets collection and control
  • Various administrative tasks (events coordination, documents sorting and filling...)
  • Part time 20h a week. Wfh possible.
