Une entreprise de conseil dynamique à Singapour recherche un secrétaire d'entreprise pour gérer les affaires juridiques et administratives. Ce poste nécessite une attention particulière aux détails, de solides compétences en communication, et la capacité de travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique. Les tâches comprennent la préparation de documents statutaires, le maintien de registres, la gestion des exigences de conformité, et plus encore. Un appui à la gestion des ressources humaines et des questions fiscales est également requis.
· Handle full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial work and attend to clients on all corporate secretarial matters
· Know your clients and perform customer due diligence
· Preparation of necessary documents for AGM, EGM, board and shareholders’ resolutions, striking off,etc
· Updating and maintaining of statutory registers
· Filing of documents with ACRA
· Provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
· EP and work permit applications
· Payroll computation and CPF submissions
· Other corporate and administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
· Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is an advantage
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Attention to detail and ability to handle tasks in a prompt and efficient manner
· Good written and oral communication skills in English
· Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
· Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
· Preparation of Accounts in Xero software
· Handling HR and MOM issues
· Handling IRAS tax matters
