A leading company is seeking an Accountant/Administrative HR professional to manage accounting tasks, administrative duties, and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience, demonstrating attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. This role provides an opportunity for growth in a friendly working environment with a 5-day work week.
Working Hours:
5-Day Work Week
Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.30pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Accounting
Perform general accounting and bookkeeping functions
Track Purchase Orders (PO), issue Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices for billing
Follow up on outstanding payments from clients
Maintain and report monthly/quarterly revenue and expenses
Handle GST and CPF submissions
Liaise with auditors
Prepare monthly financial reports for holding company
Administrative
Maintain proper filing and documentation
Manage employee records and data
Coordinate employee training (e.g., CoreTrade, CSOC)
Assist in festive coordination (e.g., hampers, mooncakes)
Monitor inventory of T-shirts, stationery, and office supplies
Handle correspondence with government bodies (e.g., IRAS)
Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and manage general office duties
Prepare payment vouchers and claims forms
Human Resource
Apply for and renew work passes
Prepare employment letters (e.g., appointment, confirmation)
Administer leave management (annual, medical, unpaid)
Process monthly payroll
Handle AIS, IR21, and IR8A tax submissions
Requirements:
Minimum diploma in Accountancy, Business Admin, Finance, or related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
