Job description

Craft Union – Finance and Admin Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Admin Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will provide crucial support in financial operations and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the work function.

Finance:

· Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, reconciliations and reminder notices

· Handle staff claims

· Assist in preparing monthly reports, performing month-end closing, prepare payment vouchers and maintain filing systems

· Support management in various finance and administrative projects as needed

Admin:

· To perform procurements of general office supplies including maintenance of office equipment’s etc

· Perform all office administrative duties including filing and storing of customers’ files and records.

· Maintain employee records and other HR-admin functions such as leave management and new employee onboarding.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team and under tight deadlines

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice

· Proficiency in QuickBooks is a bonus
