The Job:

Administrative Support

  • Manage daily office operations, including filing, documentation, and supply coordination
  • Maintain accurate company records and support onboarding processes

Accounts Support

  • Handle AP/AR data entry and invoice processing
  • Assist with monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, and statutory filings (e.g. GST, CPF)
  • Support audits in coordination with external auditors and finance teams

Trade Operations Support

  • Prepare and manage trade documents (contracts, invoices, shipping docs)
  • Coordinate shipments with suppliers, customers, and agents
  • Track trade cycle timelines and maintain compliance records
  • Assist trading and logistics teams for smooth operations

The Talent:

  • Diploma or higher (Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or Finance preferred)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in admin, accounts, or trade operations
  • Proficient in MS Office; basic accounting knowledge
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused
  • Exposure to international trade, logistics, or metal trading
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and customs documentation
  • Fluent in English
