Finance & Accounting Executive (Regulatory Reporting) – 6-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
Location: MBFC Tower 1
Salary: Up to $4,500/month

We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to support regulatory and statutory reporting as part of a high-performing Finance & Accounting team.

About the Role

Reporting to the local Head of Finance and Accounting, you will play a key role in preparing MAS financial returns, managing compliance requirements, and driving process improvements — all within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review MAS financial returns and statistical surveys

• Support month-end closing activities and ledger reconciliation

• Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders on reporting matters

• Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors

• Maintain local procedures and internal controls

• Participate in regulatory projects and assess the impact of new rules and requirements

• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and IT to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth implementation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting within the banking sector

  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered

• Experience in MAS regulatory reporting, particularly with revised MAS610

• Strong knowledge of banking products

• CPA / ACCA / Chartered Accountant qualifications will be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data handling and analysis skills
