Responsibilities

1. Financial Oversight & Reporting:
   • Manage the company's financial records, including planning budgets, forecasting, reconciling accounts, and handling month-end expenditures.
   • Create and present precise financial reports promptly, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and organizational guidelines.
   • Establish and supervise corporate finance activities such as treasury operations and long-term financial strategy.
   • Possess a solid understanding of corporate tax matters.
   • Manage transfer pricing obligations effectively.
2. Compliance with Regulations:
   • Act as the main liaison for MAS regulatory submissions, particularly focusing on cryptocurrency products and compliance with CMS portal protocols.
   • Guarantee accurate and timely filings with MAS, staying informed on evolving regulations and integrating changes into company procedures.
   • Collaborate with the agent for GST filing processes.
3. System Transition & Enhancement:
   • Oversee the migration from Xero to NetSuite, ensuring seamless implementation through teamwork with internal departments and external service providers.
   • Pinpoint areas for operational enhancements and automation to boost the efficiency and precision of financial processes.
4. Administrative Leadership & Team Development:
   • Supervise bookkeeping and administrative tasks to maintain smooth office functionality.
   • Support the recruitment process to build a strong financial team and expand staffing.
5. Strategic Partnership & Collaboration:
   • Partner closely with the CFO, CEO, and executive leadership to align financial approaches with broader organizational objectives.
   • Provide valuable financial insights and data-driven proposals to contribute to strategic decision-making.
