Job summary

A leading company in the Elevators and Escalator Industry seeks a finance professional to support project teams with financial insights and manage budgets. This opportunity is ideal for new graduates; no prior experience required as training will be provided. Located in Kaki Bukit, working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Job description

Our Client:

• Elevators / Escalator Industry

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• East - Kaki Bukit

• Basic UP $5000 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

Business Partnering (NI / Modernisation):

• Support project teams with financial advice and insights.

• Lead monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and financial reports.

• Manage monthly and year-end closings.

• Analyze financial data to identify issues and suggest improvements.

• Monitor project costs and reduce overruns.

• Help improve working capital.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls.

Finance Operations:

• Prepare accurate and timely reports for management and regulatory needs.

• Perform and review account reconciliations.

• Support audits (internal & external).

• Contribute to ad hoc finance projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business / Accounting or relevant studies

• No experience required, training will be provided
