Job summary

Vopak Singapore invites applications for a Finance Analyst to strengthen reporting, planning and statutory accounting. You will partner with stakeholders to drive performance while supporting corporate tax and business analytics initiatives.

You will lead FP&A activities, manage tax coordination with IRAS, and drive continuous process improvements, leveraging Oracle and Tagetik for data-driven insights in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business or professional qualification in Accountancy.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or analytics.
• Proven strong analytical skills and conceptual capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of financial reporting and financial management concepts.
• Expertise with IFRS and local statutory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process owner of Financial Planning & Analysis including monthly Flash reporting, Budgeting & LE and Opex Dashboard.
• Process owner of Statutory Reporting i.e. Corporate Tax, main contact with IRAS.
• Support role to obtain and manage investment incentives from EDB or IRAS.
• Drive company-wide continuous process improvement for relevant workstreams.
• Support analytics and streamline P&L projects for long-term value creation.
• Seek continuous improvement in data, technology and automation usage.
