Une entreprise dynamique recherche un professionnel expérimenté en comptabilité et finance pour gérer les performances et le reporting financier. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 8 ans d'expérience et des qualifications CA/CPA/ACCA. Ce rôle requiert une réflexion analytique, des compétences en communication et la capacité de s'adapter à un environnement rapide.
Reporting to the Head of Performance Management, you will proactively:
1. Partnering with Technology Units in areas of performance management and driving deeper insights through data and well thought out analysis
2. Driver transparency and support MIS and financial reporting, especially on the area of computerisation expense spending, to ensure consistency across locations and with Group
3. Cost allocation: good understanding of Technology and Operations allocations and associated data, and how they are represented to Business Units, Segments and Products
4. Intercompany recharges: ensure appropriate governance and reconciliation of resource recharges to each Technology functions from our development centers
5. Periodic fixed assets review: ensure appropriate governance on Fixed assets annual review, to ensure accurate financials for year end reporting
Requirements
Degree holder in Accounting & Finance with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Ideal candidate should be CA/CPA/ACCA qualified
Strong ability to work with big datasets, granular data flows/processes.
Good grasp of banking operations structure, with good understanding / prior experience in financial planning & analysis preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to work in ambiguous situations and quickly adapts to changes in priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work independently with minimal supervision; set priorities and manage own time / work-life balance to meet deadlines
Self-starter with exceptionally high levels of energy, commitment and focus
