We’re Hiring – Finance Analyst

Are you a finance enthusiast who loves turning numbers into insights and solving business puzzles? Want to work with data, dashboards, and decision-makers? If yes, come join our Finance team and help shape smarter strategies from the inside out!

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you'll play a key role in supporting business growth by managing financial reporting, driving insights, and building tools that help our teams move forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll get hands-on with both the big picture and the details:

• Prepare project revenue recognition reports by collaborating with Ops, PMO, Billing, etc. – including revenue recognition accounting and forecasting.

• Support and develop automated dashboards using SAP S4, SAC, and Power BI.

• Prepare and submit the annual budget, monthly financial reports, and perform variance analysis.

• Create and present monthly and quarterly business review packs for Corporate Finance, including:

  • Financial performance reports to HQ via SAP/SAC

  • Monthly risks & opportunities (R&O) and cash flow forecasts

  • Business review decks (monthly/quarterly)

• Analyze key business drivers like customer, OEM, and project profitability. Track KPIs such as:

  • Revenue, earnings, free cash flow, overhead, sell efficiency, and more

• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to boost efficiency, compliance, and control.

• Provide support for global finance projects and IT system rollouts.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• A professional finance qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial accounting & reporting, internal controls, or FP&A

• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and draw key insights

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams

• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and deliver results under pressure

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

• A self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously improve

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and working knowledge of Power BI

• Proficient in SAP and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)
