Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you'll play a key role in supporting business growth by managing financial reporting, driving insights, and building tools that help our teams move forward.
You’ll get hands-on with both the big picture and the details:
Prepare project revenue recognition reports by collaborating with Ops, PMO, Billing, etc. – including revenue recognition accounting and forecasting.
Support and develop automated dashboards using SAP S4, SAC, and Power BI.
Prepare and submit the annual budget, monthly financial reports, and perform variance analysis.
Create and present monthly and quarterly business review packs for Corporate Finance, including:
Financial performance reports to HQ via SAP/SAC
Monthly risks & opportunities (R&O) and cash flow forecasts
Business review decks (monthly/quarterly)
Analyze key business drivers like customer, OEM, and project profitability. Track KPIs such as:
Revenue, earnings, free cash flow, overhead, sell efficiency, and more
Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to boost efficiency, compliance, and control.
Provide support for global finance projects and IT system rollouts.
A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
A professional finance qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA
Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial accounting & reporting, internal controls, or FP&A
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and draw key insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and deliver results under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
A self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously improve
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and working knowledge of Power BI
Proficient in SAP and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)
