Finance Analyst

Corporate Accounting and Finance drives a sustainable increase in shareholder value through effective business partnering, planning, and reporting that enables our partners to make optimal business decisions while fulfilling our fiduciary responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the analysis, calculation, and audit of sales programs/customer rebates, through timely and correct program calculation and credit issuance.
• Build productive working relationships internally and externally.
• Daily liaise with internal and external customers to ensure understanding and prompt payment of programs.
• Maintain improvements of sales programs in coordination with the group.
• Develop professional expertise applying company policies and procedures to resolve issues.
• Work with customer's reconciliations. Resolve program disputes.
• Participate and contribute to Finance Sales Programs special projects.
• Be responsible for detailed instructions on new projects and assignments to be completed for the department.
• Implementation and execution of internal controls. Performance metrics & compliance testing.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Stakeholders:

• Internal: WW Finance Teams, Pricing team, Data Management group, Regional Data Steward, Account Management Team, IT, Marketing Team, other regions Sales Programs groups.
• External: Customers, Marketing outsourcing company, Channel Data Integrity outsourcing company.

• Excellent command of the English language – written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills.

• High level of detail and accuracy.
• Good level of technical skills.
• Enjoy working as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Can work under pressure and deadlines.
• Able to work in an international team.
• Flexibility to work within multiple time zones is required.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance or any related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an international finance environment.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, Macro, Formulas, V-look up, Access, SQL).
• Experience in Knime, Alteryx, or Python programming is advantageous.
