Job summary

PERSOL TECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support IT budgeting, reporting, and asset management in Singapore.

You will generate financial reports using SAP, reconcile technology expenses, and maintain data accuracy across enterprise systems. You will collaborate with Technology leaders to optimize spend, manage software/hardware renewals, and contribute to dashboards and governance for IT projects.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a finance role within a tech-driven environment; fintech/IT exposure is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills, with financial modelling and data analysis experience.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage stakeholders across teams.
• High attention to detail and disciplined data management.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience in process improvement and automation within finance operations.
• Familiarity with PMO support in technology projects is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (PEMS or similar ERP systems).
• Understanding of financial treatment for CapEx vs. OpEx.

Responsibilities
