About the Job

We're hiring a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing regular financial reports, including weekly and monthly performance analysis, commentary, and variance explanations. You'll also provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to partners, clients, and teams, and develop financial models to support deal pricing. Additionally, you'll contribute to process improvement projects, including new system implementations, and support regional colleagues in gathering financial data. Your expertise will be essential in driving business decisions and optimizing financial performance.

Skills and Experience Required

You should have an accounting or finance degree and possess at least 3 years of experience doing FP&A in a professional services firm. You have to be dynamic and able to communicate with stakeholders of different backgrounds. The office is at CBD, with 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home.
