Job description

We are an independent agency that’s been in the biz for over 25 years (!). Between us and our sister social media agency Type A, we’ve got 35+ people based in Singapore looking after clients in the residential, government, finance and banking sectors.

As aFinance & HR Executive, you will be reporting to the Finance & HR Manager and provide support across the full spectrum of her work scope, working together to ensure the growth and stability of the agency. In addition, you will also be required to cover any other ad-hoc duties on general office operations when required.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Finance & HR manager in accounts receivables and payables (AR/AP) matters and preparation of fortnightly sales and AR/AP reports
Ensure accuracy of sales and suppliers’ invoices as well as incoming and outgoing payments.
Assist in arranging potential employees for interviews, liaising with recruiters, etc
Assist in the preparation and submission of surveys for government bodies and statutory boards
Assist in the orientation of newly hired employees on company policies
Cover reception or administrative duties when required
Other ad-hoc Finance & HR duties delegated from management
Requirements:

Diploma holder with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Must be independent, hard-working and meticulous
Fluent in English, excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
IT savvy, basic accounting knowledge is required
Well-versed with local parameters/government guidelines on Finance and HR policies.
Familiar with MYOB accounting software would be a plus
