Job description

GS-Hydro, a global MNC and proud member of the Interpump group, is a market leader in the fluid conveyance industry.

Due to the expansion of the organization, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance & Admin executive / senior executive to support the overall financial management and administrative operations.

Finance job scope:

  • Responsible for the full sets of accounts of the company in Singapore

  • Inclusive of AP; AR; GL; bank reconciliation, petty cash, Cash flow, payroll and CPF.

  • Management Report (monthly) to HQ

  • Forecast and Budgeting experience

  • Handle GST filling and online submission

  • Year end stock count and auditing

Admin job scope:

  • Administrative and office support

  • Handle import and export related activities and documentation

  • Preparation of P/O, D/O & shipping documents

  • Issuing Tax Invoice and Statement of Accounts

  • Operational support and ad-hoc assignment

  • Any other assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • A minimum qualification of Diploma in Finance & Accounting

  • 3 - 5 years of accounting experience

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications and Accounting software eg: Quickbook, etc

  • Applicants should be Singaporean or hold relevant residence status (PR).

  • Able to work independently or with little supervision

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Words, Excel and Power Point)

  • Able to start work within a short notice period
