Job summary

WAN CHENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable finance professional to manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for the hotels under its portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. The role also oversees ledgers, budgets, and variance explanations for management discussions.

The candidate will supervise accounting staff, coordinate sections, maintain internal controls, and prepare tax filings and audit support, aiming to improve GOP and cost control.

Qualifications

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and budgets on time.
• Maintain hotel general ledgers reflecting current financial status and P&L.
• Review balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliations and control accounts.
• Coordinate accounting sections and prepare monthly transaction summaries.
• Set deadlines and supervise accounting staff to ensure timely reporting.
• Assist in preparing annual operating and capex budgets.
• Ensure proper filing, confidentiality and asset records.
• Prepare tax returns and liaise with auditors.
