Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Monthly invoicing of nursing home fees and other charges to residents.
- Collection of payments from residents.
- Track residents’ insurance payouts eg: IDAPE and Eldershield.
- Update transactions into accounting software.
- Generate Statement of Account to residents and follow up with outstanding receivables.
- Handle all other adminstrative matters pertaining to residents and next of kin at the Home.
- General administrative duties (eg: attend to walk in and call in enquiries) and any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Attained at least LCCI accounting qualification
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Pleasant personality and good team-spirit
- Able to communicate well with people from various walks of life
- Able to speak Mandarin and/or dialects is advantageous as need to liaise with Mandarin/dialect speaking clients
