Job description

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Monthly invoicing of nursing home fees and other charges to residents.
  2. Collection of payments from residents.
  3. Track residents’ insurance payouts eg: IDAPE and Eldershield.
  4. Update transactions into accounting software.
  5. Generate Statement of Account to residents and follow up with outstanding receivables.
  6. Handle all other adminstrative matters pertaining to residents and next of kin at the Home.
  7. General administrative duties (eg: attend to walk in and call in enquiries) and any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Attained at least LCCI accounting qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Pleasant personality and good team-spirit
  • Able to communicate well with people from various walks of life
  • Able to speak Mandarin and/or dialects is advantageous as need to liaise with Mandarin/dialect speaking clients
