Responsibilities

• Support arrangement and coordination of client appointments.
• Maintain and update calendars for efficient scheduling.
• Assist with sending reminders and following up with clients.
• Prepare and review client proposals and presentation materials.
• Data entry, filing, and email handling; maintain digital records.
• Provide ad-hoc operational support as required.
