A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Assistant to support daily financial operations, including credit card and purchase order matching, data entry, and assisting with GIRO forms. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Finance or Accounting and demonstrate strong attention to detail and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities:
Report to the Manager on the following:
Assist finance teams on day to day
Credit Card Matching – Ensuring transactions align with corresponding purchase records.
Purchase Order & Invoice Matching – Verifying invoices against purchase orders for accuracy.
Receipt Entry in Customer Care Portal – Inputting transaction details into customer service platforms.
GIRO Form Completion – Assisting with filling out GIRO payment authorization forms.
Ad-hoc Data Entry Tasks – Handling miscellaneous data input requests as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma or relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
