Job Title: Finance & Admin Executive

Location: Singapore

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $2.8k - $3.5k

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Finance & Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions and supporting administrative functions. The role requires an organized individual with attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle both financial and administrative duties effectively.

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Process daily financial transactions including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.

  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing.

  • Help maintain and update the general ledger with daily transactions.

  • Assist in bank reconciliations and track discrepancies as necessary.

  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports by providing necessary data and documentation.

  • Prepare and maintain financial documentation, such as invoices, receipts, and payment records, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.

  • Assist in preparing financial reports for internal use and ensure financial data is accurately updated in accounting systems.

  • Provide basic administrative support to the finance team, including organizing documents and scheduling meetings.

  • Maintain and update finance-related records and ensure proper filing and easy retrieval.

  • Assist with general office administrative tasks related to finance, such as preparing financial documentation for internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance in Singapore.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage various priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial and administrative tasks.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
