Your Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and resourceful Finance & Admin Executive to keep our financial engine and office operations running smoothly. You’ll play a hybrid role: part number cruncher, part admin wizard, and 100% team enabler.


Your Daily Adventures:

  • Full spectrum of bookkeeping: AP, AR, journal entries, and monthly closings
  • Handle vendor payments, and GST submissions
  • Support budget monitoring, cash flow tracking, and project cost reporting
  • Prepare simple financial reports for management review
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked, compliant, and efficient
  • Assist in procurement and contract administration
  • Be the point person for corporate secretary, bank, and auditor communication

What You’ll Need:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance/admin role, preferably in SME settings
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or other cloud accounting software
  • Strong ownership of tasks, able to meet deadlines and juggle priorities
  • Integrity, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Bonus: Experience with project-based accounting or handling government grant paperwork
