Job Overview: As a Finance & Admin Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our agency and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills will support our mission to deliver exceptional services to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsible for the preparation and conduct of the annual financial audit exercise. Assist to compile FD rates and update cashflow forecast.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Assist in budgeting processes, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports for management review.
  • Administrative & Secretariat Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including office management, correspondence, filing and scheduling.
  • Human Resources Support: Assist in HR functions such as payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Grant Management: Monitor grant funding, prepare necessary documentation for grant applications, and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
