The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Finance Admin Executive to support our finance team on a contract basis from 15 May to 27 June. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, efficient, and has experience handling financial administrative tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check Claims: Review and verify employee claims (such as travel, medical, and other reimbursements) to ensure they are accurate, legitimate, and comply with company policies. Process approved claims and ensure timely payments.
- Check American Express (Amex) Transactions: Monitor and review Amex transactions to ensure they are correctly recorded. Reconcile Amex statements with internal records and verify expenses for accuracy.
- Urgent Payment Requests Documentation: Review and process urgent payment requests, ensuring that all required documentation is complete and in order. Ensure payments are made promptly and in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor Client Payments: Check if clients have made payments according to their agreements. Ensure payments are tracked and received before making vendor payments to maintain a smooth cash flow.
- Vendor Payments: Process payments to vendors once client payments are received, ensuring that all necessary approvals and documentation are in place. Maintain accurate records of vendor transactions and reconcile accounts regularly.
Who You Are:
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring the following:
- A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in finance or administrative support.
- Familiarity with basic accounting practices and payment processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with financial data.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
