Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Accounting Support role to manage invoicing, vendor communication, and general administration. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in a relevant field and possesses strong organizational skills while being proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems. Job description

Responsibilities:

Invoicing

a. Invoice & Payment Processing: Review and verify invoices, match with

PO/DO/PR/quotations, enter accounting system, and prepare timely payments.

b. Vendor & Financial Support: Communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues; assist in

account reconciliation and month-end closings.

c. Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain proper documentation of payments and support

audit processes; ensure approval of expenses.

d. GST & Reconciliation: Assist with quarterly GST permit checks and perform daily cash flow

updates and bank reconciliations.

e. Training Coordination: Book training courses, track completion, update records, and file

related certificates.

f.PPE & Inventory Management: Monitor and manage issuance of PPE to employees within

policy limits; maintain records for ISO and stock levels for pantry, PPE, and office

consumables.

g. General Administration: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including supplycoordination, document filing, and office support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Prior experience in an administrative or accounting support role is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) & knowledge of accounting software is a plus.

• Familiarity with accounting systems like Microsoft Navision.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
