Job description

Finance Admin Assistant // Govt Agencies (Healthcare)

Location: Outram Park

Working Hours: Mon-Thu (830am-6pm), Fri (830am-530pm)

Salary: $18.5 per hour

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Job Scope:

  • Funding calculations for the post-graduate medical education.

  • Reconciliation of funds disbursement for post-graduate medical education.

  • Compliance checks for residency funding based on the verification of the supporting documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

  • Specialist manpower projections

  • General administrative matters and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance/Accountancy. Other fields of study would be considered as well

  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel

  • Able to fully commit to the contract duration
