A human resources consultancy is seeking a Finance Admin Assistant for a 3-month contract in Outram Park. The successful candidate will handle tasks such as funding calculations and compliance checks for post-graduate medical education. A degree in Finance/Accountancy is required, alongside excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
Finance Admin Assistant // Govt Agencies (Healthcare)
Location: Outram Park
Working Hours: Mon-Thu (830am-6pm), Fri (830am-530pm)
Salary: $18.5 per hour
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Job Scope:
Funding calculations for the post-graduate medical education.
Reconciliation of funds disbursement for post-graduate medical education.
Compliance checks for residency funding based on the verification of the supporting documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
Specialist manpower projections
General administrative matters and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accountancy. Other fields of study would be considered as well
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
Able to fully commit to the contract duration
