Description:
Monitor the Accounts Receivables and inform the centre managers on overdues from the clients.
Assist in the annual audits (both Statutory and Subvention audits) by gathering clients documents and ensure the documents are in order.
Conduct monthly random checks on the attendances reflected on invoices against physical attendance sheets maintained by the centres.
Conduct monthly checks on clients’ subsidy level.
Ensure eSMF applications are terminated upon discharge of our clients.
Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
A diploma or degree in a finance course or equivalent would be advantageous.
1-3 years of experience in a finance role would be advantageous.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Initiative-driven and able to work independently.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
