Job summary

TOTAL MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance professional to assist in formulating and implementing internal control procedures and to review and suggest improvements to finance work processes.

You will monitor inward transactions daily and collaborate with external counterparts to complete monthly closings. You will ensure accurate and timely submissions of claims and prompt disbursements, handle GIRO applications with banks, contribute to cashflow projections, maintain the Fixed Assets

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and implementing internal control procedures
• Assist in reviewing and recommending improvements to new finance work processes
• Daily monitoring of inward transactions
• Collaborate with external counterparts to complete monthly closing
• Ensure accurate and timely submissions of claims and prompt disbursements
• Handle GIRO application forms and liaise with banks for approval
• Provide reliable data for cashflow projections
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register and perform regular asset counts
• Coordinate Payroll Reconciliation with HR
• Document workflows and policies
• Review accounts payable ageing and follow up on long outstanding balances
• Liaise with audit partners
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
