Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an Accounts Executive. You will manage a full set of accounts, prepare GST quarterly, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Candidates must have a diploma in Finance/Accountancy and at least 2 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for this role. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from $2800 to $3500 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in maintaining a full set of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts (AR, AP, and GL).
• Prepare quarterly GST.
• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents.
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting.
• In charge of stock take and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by management.

• Quarterly GST preparation
• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline
• In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in keeping full set of accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
