Job Description
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals.
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
Process employee expense claims, vendor invoices, and reconciliations.
Prepare and record financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
Perform bank, and general ledger reconciliations.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor cash flow and budget preparation and forecasting.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
Work with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Manage petty cash, and reimbursements.
Use accounting software to manage financial transactions efficiently.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve accounting workflows.
