Job summary

Swee Heng Bakery Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support month-end close processes, maintain fixed asset records, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role includes reviewing supplier and customer balances, GST compliance, and assisting with year-end tax queries.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in accounting, is proficient in MS Office, and familiar with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in accountancy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) required.
• Knowledge of AX Dynamic Accounting Software / Dynamics 365 Business Central advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude; good team fit.
• Preferably available on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month end close activities: stock count adjustment, bank reconciliation, recurring journal entries.
• Maintain Fixed Asset schedules.
• Review of AP and AR ageing.
• Assist in quarterly GST reporting.
• Assist in preparation of corporate tax queries and liaise with auditors on year end audit.
• Issue invoices and settlements for Factory Sales.
• Submit e-invoices via government portal.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
