A fast-growing company in Singapore is expanding its Finance and Admin team and seeking detail-oriented individuals. The role involves maintaining accounting records, preparing GST reports, and assisting in audits. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in Accounting, strong interpersonal skills, and prior experience in accounting.
We are looking to grow our Finance and Admin team with detail-oriented individuals. We would like to invite you to join us and become part of a fast-growing team.
Key deliverables include:
· Responsible to maintain full set of accounting records (AR, AP, GL and Fixed Assets)
· Credit card receipt and bank reconciliation
· Month End Closing and GL schedules
· Prepare and submit GST reporting
· Assist in year-end statutory audit
· Ad-hoc duties assigned
A perfect match profile would include:
· Possesses a diploma or degree in Accounting, or ACCA equivalent.
· Possesses at least 1-2 years of accounting experience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Team.
· Strong soft skills in interpersonal relationship, a positive influence and team player.
· Meticulous, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
