Job description

Finance cum HR Executive will play a dual role in managing human resource functions and assisting with financial operations. This position requires a blend of skills in HR management, payroll processing, financial reporting, and budgeting to support organisational objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of his daily work routine.
  2. Maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  3. Ensure timely payment to vendors.
  4. Review reconciliation of vendor statements of account.
  5. Review monthly journal entries as needed.
  6. Review monthly audit schedules.
  7. Support monthly/quarterly reporting, including operational controls and reconciliation activities, by providing offshore partners with relevant policies, procedures, and rules.
  8. Review and improve internal processes where needed.
  9. Manage cash flow.
  10. Perform payroll processing.
  11. Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Director.
  12. Must be able to speak Chinese.
  13. Willing to travel overseas for meetings.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma and above.
  • 3 years of relevant working experience or full set accounting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask.
