Job summary

Tencent Finance is offering a Financial Accounting and Analysis Intern role designed to give hands-on exposure to end-to-end accounting and financial processes within a dynamic tech environment.

You will work on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Finance Operations, gaining a deep understanding of financial reporting and operational controls while supporting regional teams and stakeholders in Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
• Commit to a full-time internship for 6 months from November 2026/January 2027 onwards.
• Demonstrated ability to apply accounting knowledge in practical scenarios.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin is required (80% coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger with accurate, timely entries.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Verify, process, and manage Accounts Payable transactions and vendor payments.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities including invoicing and tracking payments.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline Finance Operations and support audits.
