Ambition Singapore is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead valve servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance across in-house facilities and customer sites. You will conduct site surveys, implement service projects, and coordinate schedules with service teams to ensure reliable valve performance.

The ideal candidate brings a Diploma in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering with 4+ years in valve servicing or related field, and strong problem-solving and customer-relations abilities.

Qualificações

• Strong problem-solving, customer relationship management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel at short notice.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site surveys and implement valve-related service projects.
• Troubleshoot control valves, on/off valves, actuators, and instrumentation issues at customer sites.
• Perform valve inspection, servicing, repair, and maintenance both in-house and on-site.
• Coordinate service schedules and execution plans with customer service teams.
• Prepare root cause analysis reports and recommend corrective solutions.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer technical challenges.
• Identify business opportunities, generate sales leads, and promote service and maintenance contracts.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures.
