Leveraging the latest web technologies and intelligent automation, we continue to innovate and deliver next-generation systems. We are now hiring Field Technicians, with the following job details:

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for customer issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system functionality issues both remotely and onsite
• Conduct scheduled system maintenance
• Support new project testing
• Escalate issues effectively to Level 2 support
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements

• Diploma/Nitec in related engineering field
• Experience in customer environments and network-related skills is a plus
• Good IT knowledge in Windows, Android, and networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network security)
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Strong proactive communication and analytical skills
• Positive attitude and a good team player
• Willing to work extended hours when required
