Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Singapore to provide on-site technical support for equipment and systems, including installation, testing and maintenance.

You will travel to sites, perform troubleshooting, prepare service reports and coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers; ISO workflow procedures compliance is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls).
• Experience in preparing project workflow procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems.
• Carry out installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Attend to customer enquiries and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site visits for servicing and troubleshooting.
• Prepare service and technical reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, customers and suppliers.
• Support project and engineering teams when required. Perform other technical duties and project-related tasks as assigned.
• Preparing project workflow procedures to ensure compliance with ISO standards

Technical Support Engineer

• Location: Nearest MRT Lentor [ Report to office but might need to travel to site]
• Working hours: Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 6.15pm
• Salary: $3500 - $4000
