As the Field Solutions Engineer for Asia, you will drive customer success and adoption of TASER and Axon products, ensuring effective use of our technology in the region. You will collaborate with the Country Manager, sales, engineering teams, partners, and distributors to support our customers, working tactically with persistence and execution.

We seek a talented individual dedicated to developing and serving our customers, contributing to our sustained growth and expansion in Asia.

Your Day to Day

  1. Follow up on customer requests.
  2. Support existing customers alongside the sales team.
  3. Assist local partners and distributors in driving adoption.
  4. Build knowledge bases for distributors and enhance public perception of our products.
  5. Manage tickets and RMAs, working with internal teams through the entire lifecycle of adoption.
  6. Travel up to 40% may be required.
  7. Schedule regular calls with customers.
  8. Focus on customer loyalty.
  9. Proactively identify business opportunities and suggest innovative solutions.
  10. Facilitate integration with customer platforms.
  11. Assist with installation and commissioning.

What You'll Bring

  • Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Residency (required for working with sensitive government data).
  • Focus on managing customer success and adoption.
  • Motivated, mission-driven, with a strong drive to execute tasks.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and take responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of customer success and service management in the territory.
  • Fluent in English and local language, with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent public speaking skills.
  • Legal ability to live and travel within the territory, including obtaining necessary visas.
  • Ability to work effectively at all organizational levels and build partnerships.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, CRM, and collaboration tools like Salesforce and Trello; quick learner of new programs.
  • Experience with APIs and scripting/programming in Python, Java, or similar languages for integration purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Degree.
  • Prior military or law enforcement experience.
  • Customer success or service management experience in public safety or defense sectors.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
