A leading company in engineering services is seeking a Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hands-on maintenance, inspections, and repairs of various systems and equipment. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and requires a minimum NITEC qualification in engineering. Candidates must be comfortable with shift work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
Perform practical, hands-on maintenance and repair tasks.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines and systems operate efficiently.
Install, repair, or replace defective parts and components.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or sensor-related issues using appropriate tools and systems.
Inspect equipment and systems for wear, defects, or safety concerns.
Collaborate with Assistant Engineers on complex technical problems.
Produce accurate and timely maintenance reports and documentation.
Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and company protocols.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: NITEC, Higher NITEC in engineering field
Entry level - OJT will be provided
Comfortable with practical, hands-on technical work in a dynamic environment
Able to work 2 shifts - AM (8.30am-8.30pm), PM (8.30pm-8.30am) - Work 2 days, Off 2 days
