The SES Product Portfolio provides automated threat detection for weapons, narcotics, explosives, contraband, undeclared goods, nuclear and radioactive materials by leveraging industry-leading screening technologies, AI/ML capabilities, and advanced biometric tools. Responsibilities include responding to equipment faults within 10 minutes, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting minor faults, complying with safety regulations, reporting unsafe acts, providing service reports, performing daily admin tasks, updating logs and records, assisting with inventory, and undertaking ad hoc tasks as needed. The role also involves being a driver with a valid Class 3 license and performing 12-hour rotating shift standby at Changi.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
• Ability to use schematics for troubleshooting (advantageous)
• Good understanding of computers, operating systems, and networks (plus)
• Team player with task prioritization skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Class 3 driving license (not Class 3A) is advantageous
• Willingness to work in hot, humid environments as required
