Job description

About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, technically skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and calibration of our high-tech environmental simulation chambers at customer sites.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission climate chambers and temperature control systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services.
  • Calibrate equipment according to ISO standards.
  • Provide technical support and user training to customers.
  • Manage tools, spare parts, and service documentation.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ITE or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 0–3 years of experience in equipment installation, service, or calibration (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Independent, well-organized, and customer focused.
  • Willing to travel across Singapore.
  • Possessing a Class 3 driving license and own vehicle is an advantage.
