Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site installation, setup, and commissioning of industrial equipment at client facilities across the APAC region.

  • Carry out routine maintenance, calibration, and system diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, including older-generation machinery.

  • Provide clear technical guidance and operational training to customers and end-users.

  • Lead and support post-installation service projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver both on-site and remote support as part of the after-sales service function.

  • Maintain accurate service documentation, including technical reports and work logs.

  • Work independently on field assignments, ensuring safety, quality, and professionalism.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related discipline).

  • 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in technical field service or industrial equipment support.

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., manufacturing, engineering services) is advantageous.

  • Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities, with a solution-focused mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficient in basic office productivity tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Comfortable with frequent regional travel and working independently on-site.
