Qualifications

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans les opérations de services pétroliers.
  • Expérience en coordination et dans un PSL lié à Halliburton.
  • Trained assessor, capable d'utiliser le système de gestion Halliburton.

Job description

Job Duties :

  • Under general supervision, provides a level of management for multiple crews and equipment at a district level to perform at the worksite.
  • This field level job is responsible for Safety, Service Excellence and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Must be a trained assessor and remain active in assessments while in this role.
  • Must understand and use Halliburton Management System (HMS) for operations, use of Management of Change and Halliburton and Customer Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Standards.
  • Must be able to communicate to crews importance of following processes for job execution.
  • Responds and resolves issues with the internal crews. Involved in personnel planning, generally multiple times per year.
  • Regularly uses performance data to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Supports and provides on-site field performance assessments (End of Job Customer Survey (EJCS) / Key Performance Indicator review). Supports and coaches field employees through one-on- one interviews and touchbase sessions.
  • Involved in internal audits, as well as management assessments.
  • Responsible for promoting safety awareness and all aspects of location operations.
  • Actively promotes and uses our tools related to safe work, such as Job Safety Analysis, Behavior Based and Hazard Observation Programs, etc. Involved in development and completion of local PSL HSE and SQ Plans.
  • Manages development of personnel using the competency system to enhance job performance.
  • Coordinates and assists with Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process for the Product Service Line (PSL) ensuring open CPIs are effectively addressed and closed.
  • Investigates and performs follow-up activities on unplanned events and/or jobs using Taproot.
  • Involved in investigating accidents, injuries and incidents within assigned PSL.
  • Assists employees with Human Resource Development and Human Resources issues (competency development, performance management.
  • Approves field professionals' time and expenses.
  • Supports strategic planning of the business based on its unique staffing needs.

Requirement:

Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years' experience in oil and gas service operations, which includes experience in a Halliburton related PSL and coordinator experience.
