Job description

Our client is a leading medical devices provider. Due to their expansion plans, they are seeking a Field Service Manager to join their engineering team, aiming to develop their high-performing team. The position is located in the Central area, easily accessible.

Responsibilities of the Field Service Manager:

  1. Lead and manage a service team to ensure high-quality after-sales support, including equipment installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
  2. Provide hands-on support for complex technical issues and escalations.
  3. Develop and implement service strategies, workflows, and standards to ensure timely and efficient customer support.
  4. Act as a technical advisor to clients, ensuring strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
  5. Review service reports, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading or managing a team
  • Own transport is an added advantage
