Job description

  • 5 days office hour

Responsibilities :

  • Lead Field Service Operations – Oversee daily capacity planning, job scheduling, fault calls, and ensure SLA compliance.

  • Technical & Customer Support – Resolve technical issues, handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

  • Team Development – Ensure technicians are properly trained; create and maintain operational guides and documentation.

  • Process & Performance Management – Design and evaluate support processes, manage budgets, staff performance, development, and recognition.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination – Handle permits, liaise with vendors and internal departments, manage procurement tasks (PR, PO, GRN).

  • System Support & Reporting – Support internal systems (CTS), conduct UAT/testing, maintain continuity plans, and deliver reports/attend meetings.
