Field Service Engineers [Scientific/Biopharmaceutical/Refrigeration | Redhill]

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver a full spectrum of technical after-sales support, including installation, commissioning, repairs, and preventive maintenance for laboratory, hospital, or research equipment within the medical imaging sector.
2. Offer expert technical advice to customers, particularly regarding refrigeration systems.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently within specified timelines.
4. Generate detailed service reports.
5. Handle any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. ITE/Higher NITEC in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in technical service or maintenance roles.
3. Preferably familiar with the scientific or biopharmaceutical industry.
4. Solid understanding of refrigeration systems is essential.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
7. Self-driven, results-focused, and business-minded.
8. Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license and access to a personal vehicle is advantageous.
