We are looking for Service Engineer (Power System) to make an impact!

What will you do?
  • Perform field service activities involving installation supervision, commissioning, maintenance, modification, onsite training, system upgrades, and repair of complex Schneider MV, LV, and transformer projects.
  • Responsible for a region or subgroup of field services.
  • Supervise installation and commissioning of Schneider products, including daily service operations.
  • Perform maintenance on Schneider equipment.
  • Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance of Schneider products.
  • Represent Schneider and address customer concerns.
  • Identify and report failure modes encountered in the field, and determine their causes.
  • Resolve site problems at customer locations and provide reports on these issues.
  • Provide 24-hour telephone support for customers.
  • Assist in the acquisition of Customer Service products.
  • Support internal processes for spare parts warranty, preparation, and assembly; improve onsite reports and processes.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Diploma/ITE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Computer literacy and fluency in spoken English.
  • 2-3 years experience with electrical contractors, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Petrochemical sectors is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel up to 80% within Singapore.
