Job description

Job Description

1. Perform hands-on Marine, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical service & maintenance and repairs of equipment and instruments in outdoor fields, canals, underground, confined spaces, underwater, and marine coastal environments.
2. Work onboard vessels, workboats, in canals, underground, rivers, and field sites.
3. Integrate instrument and computer devices, including programming, setup, configuration, testing, and commissioning of remote access and control applications.
4. Conduct instrument calibration and possess knowledge of chemical reagents.
5. Plan maintenance schedules and prepare service, analysis, and maintenance reports.
6. Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
7. Willingness to undertake standby duties, work after office hours, during weekends, and on public holidays.

Requirement:

1. Possess a positive attitude, initiative, and ability to work independently.
2. Relevant educational qualifications in Marine, Electrical, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (Degree/Diploma).
3. Willing to perform field work in outdoor sites, onboard vessels, underground, canals, and coastal waters.
4. Team player.
5. Prior experience is not mandatory and may be considered.
6. Confident in marine environments.
7. Self-driven, motivated, with critical thinking skills.
